I hope GlaxoSmithKline's HRD could find a better way of hiring people...Why do some companies prioritize those people whom they know? Why waste your time inviting people for interviews or assessment, and hire those whom you already know? Unfortunate are those who have the proper knowledge and skills for the job! Can I smell something political on the HR dept. of GlaxoSmithKline? I hope the mgmt. will do something about this.
